Best Available Rate

The following conditions apply to (business) group reservations for meetings & events at both Blooming Hotel and Het Hof:7 dagen of minder voor aankomst: 100% van de reserveringswaarde.
7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the reservation value.
7 days or more before arrival: 85% of the reservation value.
14 days or more before arrival: 60% of the reservation value.
30 days or more before arrival: 35% of the reservation value.
60 days or more before arrival: 15% of the reservation value.
90 days or more before arrival: 0% of the reservation value.
In case of a no-show, the guest is required to pay the full reservation value (for both meetings and individual bookings).
For Individual Bookings:
Credit Card Payment: An authorization will be performed for the total amount of the reservation. This amount will be automatically charged within the cancellation period.
iDEAL Payment: A direct bank transfer via iDEAL when making the reservation. For bookings by email or phone, a payment request will be sent by email. If a cancellation is made outside of the cancellation period, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account.
For Meetings & Events: For reservations with a total amount exceeding €2000, a 50% down payment is required. The down payment must be made within 14 days of confirming the reservation. An invoice for the down payment will be sent afterwards. The remaining balance can be paid on account within 14 days after departure.
