Our experienced yoga teachers, Jetty and Lotte, lead two daily yoga or meditation sessions – each with their own unique style, yet fully tailored to your yoga retreat experience. The classes are accessible for all levels, ensuring everyone can participate. During each session, the instructor will personalize the practice to suit both you and the group’s energy. Every day features a new theme, with yoga styles adapted to match – think Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound bowl sessoins, and guided meditation.
During your yoga retreat, you’re warmly invited to enjoy all our other facilities: an indoor pool, two saunas with rain showers, a cozy bar with terrace, bike rentals, scenic hikes, massage or beauty treatments…and so much more.

Hi, I’m Jetty Stammes—yoga teacher since 2004 and founder of a yoga school in Bergen and Schoorl. From May to September, you’ll find me teaching outdoors (weather permitting!) on Bergen aan Zee’s serene White Sand Beach, nestled in the northern dunes.
At Blooming, I lead qigong and yoga sessions for groups and co-host yoga weekends with Lotte.
I trained for four years at the Yoga Academy Netherlands and am also a certified prenatal yoga instructor. My goal has always been to introduce more people to yoga, and I’m proud of how far we’ve come!
Here’s the thing about yoga: it doesn’t matter if you’re trying it for the first time or have practiced for years—your body is different every day. In my classes, we focus on connecting breath with movement to help you tune in deeper. You’ll start to notice what’s happening inside and what you truly need. It’s a journey of awareness that never gets old, because your body always has something new to tell you. The real magic? Learning to listen.
