Book directly with us and enjoy the benefits! We guarantee the lowest price when you book directly through our website. Reservations made through our own website can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, except for our non-refundable rates. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to the total reservation price. In the case of cancellation, modification, or no-show for a non-refundable rate booking, the costs will be equal to the total reservation price. Non-refundable rates always require a prepayment to make a reservation.
Reservations based on a non-refundable rate cannot be changed or canceled. By making a reservation, you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged immediately, and no refund will be possible. There is no refund in the case of a no-show.
For reservations of 1 to 4 rooms, we apply general reservation and cancellation conditions. For reservations of 5 or more rooms, we apply group conditions.
For groups (5 rooms or more), the following cancellation conditions apply*:
